Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These terms apply to consumer technology services supplied by IntelligentTech OÜ, registry code 17288525, Harju maakond, Saue vald, Vatsla küla, Vatslaoru AÜ 44, 76915, Estonia.

1. Scope

IntelligentTech provides personal technology assistance such as computer and mobile-device setup, customer-owned Wi‑Fi/router configuration, data-transfer assistance, remote technical support and basic device diagnostics. The exact work is defined by the service selected and any additional scope agreed with the customer.

We do not provide internet access or electronic communications services as a telecommunications operator through this website. Hardware repair, replacement parts, specialist forensic recovery, banking assistance and other regulated or specialist services are not included unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.

2. Booking and formation of the service contract

A booking submitted through the website is a request for an appointment. A preferred time is not guaranteed until confirmed. Before chargeable work begins, the customer must be informed of the service scope and applicable price or pricing basis.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown as “from” are starting prices for the standard scope described on the website. If the customer requests additional work, or if the issue requires materially more work than the standard scope, we will seek agreement before continuing. The booking form itself does not process a payment.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the device and issue.
  • Have lawful authority to request work on the device, account or network concerned.
  • Back up important data where reasonably possible before technical work begins.
  • Keep bank authentication codes, payment-card PINs and unrelated passwords private.
  • Provide valid licences for software the customer asks us to install.

5. Device access, accounts and data

We access only the device functions, accounts or data reasonably necessary for the agreed task and only with the customer's permission. The customer may end a remote-access session at any time. We do not ask customers to disclose bank authentication codes or payment-card PINs.

6. Service limitations

Technology can be affected by hardware faults, third-party software, internet-provider restrictions, manufacturer policies and unavailable credentials. We cannot guarantee that every technical issue is repairable or that third-party services will remain available. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

7. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal rights

Where a consumer concludes a distance or off-premises service contract, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally applies from the conclusion of the service contract, subject to applicable exceptions. If the consumer expressly requests performance during that period, the consumer may have to pay a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal. The right may be lost after the service is fully performed where the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement are met.

Full details and a withdrawal notice template are available on our Cancellation & Withdrawal page.

8. Complaints and non-conforming services

Consumers retain all statutory rights concerning a service that does not conform to the contract. A complaint should identify the customer, service date or booking reference, the problem and the requested solution. We will handle written consumer complaints in accordance with Estonian law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. More information is available on our Consumer Rights page.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects, customer-supplied inaccurate information, unlawful or unlicensed customer software, or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, branding and original site content belong to IntelligentTech OÜ or are used with permission. Customers retain ownership of their own files and content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual residence where applicable.
