Consumer Rights

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Your statutory rights remain in force

The terms on this website are intended to explain our service process and do not replace or limit mandatory rights under Estonian or applicable EU consumer law.

Complaints about a service

If you believe a service does not conform to what was agreed, contact IntelligentTech first. Include your name, contact details, booking or service date, the issue and the solution you are requesting. Under Estonian consumer guidance, a consumer can make a claim concerning a service within two years of receiving the service, subject to the applicable legal rules.

Written consumer complaints are handled within the time required by Estonian law. The Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) states that the trader must respond to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

Consumer Disputes Committee

If you have first complained to us and the dispute cannot be resolved, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, an independent body that resolves disputes between consumers and traders registered in Estonia.

Distance-service withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance service contract, subject to the rules and exceptions for early or completed performance. See our Cancellation & Withdrawal page.
