Our listed services cover general consumer technology assistance. We do not act as an internet or telecommunications provider, financial-service provider, device manufacturer, or data-recovery laboratory. Hardware repair, replacement parts and specialist forensic recovery are outside the listed service unless separately agreed.
Before we start
Please back up important data where possible. We will ask permission before accessing accounts, installing software or changing network settings. You should never share payment-card PINs, bank authentication codes or unrelated passwords with a technician.
