1. What information we may process

Depending on how you use our services, we may process your name, contact details, booking reference, service selection, appointment preferences, description of the technical issue, correspondence, payment/accounting information where applicable, and technical information reasonably necessary to provide the service.

2. Why we process personal data

  • To take steps at your request and perform a contract: handling bookings, communicating about an appointment and supplying the requested service.
  • To comply with legal obligations: accounting, consumer complaints and other records required by law.
  • For legitimate interests: protecting our systems, preventing abuse, documenting service history and establishing or defending legal claims, balanced against your rights.
  • With consent where required: for optional processing that is not necessary for the service.

3. Data minimisation and device access

When assisting with a device, we aim to access only what is necessary for the agreed task. You should close unrelated private content before remote assistance where possible and never provide bank authentication codes, payment-card PINs or credentials unrelated to the service.

4. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers that help us operate our communications, hosting, accounting or other necessary business systems, where appropriate safeguards are in place. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal requirements. Service and complaint information may be retained for periods relevant to statutory consumer claims. Accounting source documents are retained for the period required by Estonian accounting law. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should also use strong passwords, device locks and current software updates.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Our cookie practices are described in the Cookie Policy. Optional analytics are not enabled by default in this build of the website.
